The Learning Center of the Community Foundation of Elkhart County offers free training for those working with Elkhart County nonprofits or nonprofits serving Elkhart County.
This workshop is a repeat of the February 2024 workshop on nonprofit event management. Preference will be given to those who did not attend in February 2024. Please limit participation to two people per nonprofit organization serving Elkhart County.
About our speaker:
Bekah Houff is the special events manager at the Community Foundation of Elkhart County. Before joining the Community Foundation, Bekah worked at Manchester University in student life, specifically as the director of religious life and church relations in the student life division.
Bekah was an event manager starting in high school when she helped raise funds for the American Heart Association. From small luncheons to large celebrations and conferences, Bekah has over 14 years of experience professionally managing events for nonprofits and is thrilled to be working in Elkhart County, her home of eight years.
Bekah lives in Goshen, Indiana with her spouse, Nic, and their cats Starbuck and Boomer, and dog, Helo.
