Adult Scholarships
The Community Foundation provides tuition assistance for adults working hard to obtain their degree or certificate. Students are eligible to receive up to $3,000 in scholarships and may re-apply annually. Over 50 adult scholarships are awarded each year.
Scholarship Listing
- Community Impact Scholarship
- Resident of Elkhart County a minimum of four years.
- Graduated high school or possesses a GED
- Employed in Elkhart County or adjacent county for the past twelve months.
- Plans to enroll full-time or part-time in an accredited undergraduate, technical, or certificate program within 100 miles of Elkhart County or online
- Heritage Financial Group Scholarship
- Parent must be an employee of Heritage Financial Group, Quick Auto, Heritage Acceptance Corporation, M H Acceptance Corporation or any of the Manufactured Housing Communities, with at least one year of seniority.
- Plans to enroll full-time at an accredited college, university or vocational school.
- IUSB Elkhart County Scholarship
- Resident of Elkhart County a minimum of one (1) year.
- A current student at IUSB or IUSB-Elkhart OR
- Enrolling in traditional, non-traditional, full-time, part-time, or graduate studies at IUSB or IUSB-Elkhart.
- Ivy Tech Community College Scholarship
- Resident of Elkhart County a minimum of one (1) year.
- A current student at Ivy Tech Community College OR
- Enrolling in traditional, non-traditional, full-time, or part-time studies at Ivy Tech Community College.
- Jane Fryer McConaughy Memorial Scholarship
- Resident of Indiana and/or attending college in Indiana.
- Pursuing a major in ministry, missionary or education.
- Enrolling in traditional, non-traditional, full-time, part-time, or graduate studies.
