The Learning Center of the Community Foundation of Elkhart County is an investment in the effectiveness and future sustainability of nonprofits serving Elkhart County.

Our goal is to provide learning opportunities to strengthen a nonprofit’s ability to fulfill its mission over time and enhance the agency’s ability to have a positive impact on lives and communities.

The Learning Center (TLC) offers an annual retreat for nonprofit CEOs, roundtables for CEOs to gather regularly, and regular workshops open to those working for a nonprofit in Elkhart County or a nonprofit that serves Elkhart County.

TLC is supported by the Fund For Excellence, which was created with and funded by the generous contributions of Lilly Endowment Inc. and Elkhart County philanthropists to strengthen nonprofits in our community.
