SELECTING AND MAKING A GIFT
Even before Jayco Inc. was founded in 1968, Lloyd and Bertha Bontrager committed themselves to tithing and giving to charitable causes. Following the sale of Jayco to Thor Industries, the family’s new Bontrager Family Foundation will perpetuate giving for generations to come as part of the Community Foundation of Elkhart County.
GENEROSITY MULTIPLIED
Assets by Fund Type
Since 1989, we have been working with passionate individuals, families, organizations, and businesses who are building a stronger community by supporting causes that strengthen and improve Elkhart County. Once we understand a donor's goals through giving and establish their intent, we work with them to decide on which funding option best brings their vision to life.
