Brian Replogle serves as the Assistant Director of the Early Childhood Coalition in the Community Foundation of Elkhart County. He helps manage the Building Strong Brains Coalition, with a focus on Early Learning spaces. He also is the administrator for Building Strong Brains Findhelp, a community resource navigation platform for all of Elkhart County. Brian spent the majority of his career as a South Bend firefighter and EMT, and also founded Help Our Kids. He has won many awards of recognition, including CAPS Superhero of the Year, CAPS Advocate of the Year, and the CHILD Advocate Award from the Children’s Bureau of Indianapolis. His greatest achievements remain his wife, Stacy, and adult son.
