Danielle Burtch serves as the Community Foundation’s Donor Services Coordinator. She ensures donor gifts are properly placed, assists with charitable grantmaking and supports donors with questions related to gifts, funds or grants. Danielle earned a bachelor’s degree in public affairs with a concentration in nonprofit management from Indiana University in 2019. She began her nonprofit career that same year as a development assistant at the Indiana Masonic Home Foundation. In 2021, she worked at a nonprofit charter school for adults seeking their high school diploma. She also served as an operations specialist and financial services specialist for the Sigma Kappa National Housing Corporation from 2022 to 2023. Danielle is a 2025 Elkhart Leadership Academy graduate.
