Ken Julian is the Acting Chief Executive Officer at the Community Foundation of Elkhart County, a role that draws on more than three decades of executive leadership in human resources and organizational development. In this position, he works alongside the senior leadership team to strengthen the foundation’s internal operations and advance its mission of inspiring good across Elkhart County.
Ken’s career has taken him through some of the region’s most prominent employers. He served as senior vice president of administration and human resources at THOR Industries, vice president of human resources at Keystone RV, and president of Ascot Enterprises, where his work focused on building productive, collaborative workplace cultures. Ken has been committed to the community he calls home through board service with Elkhart General Hospital, the Elkhart Chamber, the Elkhart County Economic Development Corporation, Horizon Education Alliance, and the Community Foundation of Elkhart County itself. He joined the board of trustees at Anderson University in 2025.
Ken earned a bachelor’s degree in human resources from Bethel College.
