At the heart of our leadership development efforts are CEO Roundtables—confidential, peer-driven groups for nonprofit executives and executive directors.

Each roundtable offers:

• A trusted circle of peers who understand the challenges and rewards of nonprofit leadership
• Space to reflect on big decisions and share ideas in a confidential setting
• A sounding board for new strategies, organizational culture, and leadership development
• Encouragement and connection that strengthens both the leader and the organization

CEO Roundtables are professionally facilitated and designed for high trust and deep engagement. The annual cost to participate is $200 per person.
