Nonprofit Professional Development That Builds Confidence, Connection, and Community

Now housed within the Center for Nonprofit Excellence, TLC remains a vital and visible part of our commitment to learning. Through its continuing programs, TLC provides:

• Topical trainings and hands-on workshops
• An annual retreat designed specifically for nonprofit CEOs
• Peer learning opportunities to strengthen skills and build relationships

Workshops are open to nonprofit staff and leadership who live in or serve Elkhart County. Each session is designed to be accessible, practical, and relevant to the real-world needs of local organizations.

For many, The Learning Center is the entry point into CNE—and a place where leadership is cultivated through conversation, reflection, and real-world learning.
