Purpose

Established to support graduating seniors from Elkhart High School pursuing a career in healthcare or special needs education.

Award

$750 per year, four-year award.

Eligibility

  • Resident of Elkhart County (minimum of one year).
  • Graduating high school senior from Elkhart High School.
  • Pursuing a career in healthcare or special needs education.
  • Planning to enroll in a four-year program at any accredited college or university in Indiana.

How to Apply

Apply through the Universal High School Application at inspiringgood.org between January 1 and March 1.

About This Scholarship

The Todd C. Putnam Memorial Scholarship was established to honor Todd’s dedication to healthcare and education. By supporting students in these fields, the scholarship continues his legacy of service and commitment to improving the lives of others.

His passion for helping those in need guided his work and shaped the lives of many in the Elkhart community. He believed in creating a more inclusive and supportive world, especially for those with special needs or facing health challenges.

Through this scholarship, Todd’s legacy lives on, enabling students to enter meaningful professions and carry forward his vision of compassionate, impactful service.
