May 15 & 17: New Grant Model Meetings

Nonprofit staff and/or board members are invited to attend one of two informational meetings in the month of May. We will lay out the new grant model and prepare grantseekers for the expected launch on July 1, 2018.

Grantseeker Updates
As we give our best time and attention to our new grantmaking process, please note the following:
- Organizational Effectiveness Grants and Rapid Response Grants will be available through July 1 on an as-needed basis.
- Good Neighbor Grants and Sponsorship Requests are currently available and will close on Monday, April 30th. There will be no May or June application.
- Community Investment Grants are not available this spring. There will be no letter of intent or application process.
- The Well Foundation Grant application will be available from May 1st – May 31st.
