About our speakers:
Jory Fitzgerald is the owner and principal of BRAYVE Consulting, providing guidance and support to nonprofit, education, and small to midsize for-profit organizations. With over 30 years’ experience in organizational leadership, fundraising, education and nonprofit programing, she specializes in strategic planning, board governance, fund development, corporate philanthropic investment, strategic partnerships, client/donor relations, data-driven assessment, budgeting, public relations, event planning, and volunteer engagement.
A graduate of Loyola University Chicago, she also holds a Certificate in Nonprofit Executive Management from the University of Notre Dame. In addition, Jory leads her family’s company (Navarre Hospitality Group) community engagement and investment strategies while volunteering with several nonprofit boards, committees, and programs throughout St. Joseph and Elkhart counties. She is passionate about education and service to under-resourced children, women and families and anchors her work in the wisdom of Margaret Meade: “Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it’s the only thing that ever has.”
Shelley Moore is the founder and president of Insight Strategic Concepts. Since 1999, she has provided growth planning services to over 200 organizations, including businesses, nonprofits, and government entities. Shelley’s passion is aligning leaders with their affiliated communities to execute intentional strategies that create places where people want to thrive. She is known for providing vision, leadership, and structured implementation to achieve project success.
Shelley has degrees from the University of Akron and Kansai Gaidai University in Osaka, Japan. She is a 25-year Silver Circle Kolbe Certified Consultant and certified Natural Step facilitator for sustainability planning. In addition to Insight Strategic Concepts, Shelley is also the owner of BLOOM Success Solutions and ISC Community Development.
