We all want to be effective as we manage and engage our teams. High-functioning teams can help an organization to tremendous good.
Justin Weaver of Venture Resourcing, LLC will help leaders of nonprofits understand how to work with teams in this way at our January 26, 2022 workshop offered by The Learning Center. TLC offers free education to Elkhart County nonprofits and those serving Elkhart County.
Justin will focus on:
How effective leaders lead and engage:
- Ensuring vision, alignment, and execution across the organization.
- Learn to prioritize Vision, Alignment, and Execution
- Gain an understanding of how to ensure the execution stage happens rather than being overtaken by the whirlwind of the day-to-day.
The Everything DiSC Work of Leaders program is the foundation for this session. Everything DiSC® offers a suite of personal development learning experiences that measure an individual’s preferences and tendencies based on the DiSC® model.
This simple yet powerful model describes four basic styles: D, i, S, and C, and serves as the foundation for the Everything DiSC® Application Suite. Participants receive personalized insights that deepen their understanding of self and others, making workplace interactions more enjoyable and effective. The result is a more engaged and collaborative workforce that can spark meaningful culture improvement in your organization.
Participants in this workshop will be asked to take the DiSC assessment in advance. This is the first of two workshops led by Justin. The other is on March 2. Participating in both is recommended.
