Are you tasked with diversity and inclusion initiatives at your non-profit organization? Are you looking for resources to more effectively lead teams rich in cultural differences? Do you need assistance with engaging partners and clients from other social backgrounds?
Register for this one-day workshop for leaders, organizers and other individuals who want to enhance their skills in communicating, collaborating and relating across cultural differences and similarities in their workplaces. The event will be designed with the needs of registrants in mind, making it distinct from other learning opportunities. Facilitators from The Colbourne Institute for Inclusive Leadership, a nationally recognized resource for customized training solutions based at Norquest College, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, will develop and lead the event.
