SPEAKER
Mathew W. Norris is an Of Counsel member of the firm’s Governmental Affairs and Public Advocacy Practice Group. He possesses extensive experience before the Indiana General Assembly and the state of Indiana’s administrative agencies representing a wide array of clients including global corporations, national and statewide trade associations, gaming entities, and local government entities. During his twelve years as a registered lobbyist, Mr. Norris has focused on issues ranging from state and local taxation, environmental concerns, alcoholic beverage matters, gaming, and general business issues. Mr. Norris also advises clients on coalition building and general issues management, having directed dozens of grassroots and grass-tops coalitions at the state and federal levels.
