About our speaker:
Diana Rowan is the founder of Diana Rowan Consulting, LLC where she works as an executive coach, facilitator, and consultant helping both individuals and teams unlock their true potential by delivering personalized solutions for their unique challenges. Diana also currently serves as the vice president of the board at her church, Calvary Assembly of God. Her background includes 16 years at the University of Notre Dame, first as a manager in the Department of Psychology where she was awarded the Presidential Leadership award for servant leadership in 2014, and then in the Office of Human Resources where she coached managers, supported employees and worked with leaders on strategic initiatives impacting the organization and their people. Diana was recognized by the South Bend Regional Chamber as one of Michiana’s 40 Under 40 in May of 2021. She holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Indiana University South Bend and a bachelor’s degree from Florida Southern College. She is also a certified Working Genius Facilitator and was trained in executive coaching by the Center for Creative Leadership.
